Package Includes: One round of golf, prizes and Order of Merit points.

Tee Times: Play starts at 13:30 in three and fourballs from the first tee. If you specifically require an early or late tee time, please let us know via your online account.

Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 12 noon.

Practice Facilities: A practice ground is available. Tokens can be purchased in the pro shop.

Buggies & Electric Trolleys: Available through the Pro Shop on 01202 642524.

Scoring Format: Individual Stableford. Playing handicap is set at 95% of Course Handicap. Maximum handicap limits: 24 for men, 30 for ladies.

WHS: All scores will be automatically uploaded to the WHS for competitors who are members at a club affiliated to a club in GB&I or iGolf. All other competitors are responsible for returning scores to their home club.

Tees: Multiple tees available. Default tees are Yellow for men and Red for ladies. If you wish to play from a different tee, please advise us when you collect your card so we can update your handicap accordingly.

Prizes: Prizes for first, second and third place.

Nearest the Pin: Two Nearest the Pin competitions, each earning a £25 GAGT voucher.

GAGT Order of Merit: Merit points are awarded as follows — 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner-up, 98pts for third, and so on. You must be a current GAGT member to qualify. Check your membership status or join at golftour.golf or call the office on 0345 466 2222. Annual membership is £40.

WHS Qualifier: This event is a WHS handicap qualifying event. Please ensure you know your exact Handicap Index before playing.

Sweep: An optional sweep of £10 per person is available, covering a 2s sweep and a competition sweep. Payable in cash only.

Dress Code: Smart casual.

Payment: Full payment is due one month prior to the event date.

Late Cancellation: Once numbers have been submitted to the golf club, a charge will be made for late cancellations.
