COMPETITOR INFORMATION

 

Club address: Lindrick Golf Club, South Anston, Worksop  S81 8BH

 

The Package includes: coffee and bacon rolls, 18 holes, two course meal following play served on a rolling basis, prize presentation.


Accommodation:  We can recommend Ye Olde Bell Hotel www.yeoldebell-hotel.co.uk which is very close to Lindrick GC.  The hotel is offering us rates of £89 single and £119 twin / dble including breakfast & parking.

Tee Times: Play starts at 09.40am in fourballs from the first tee with the last match teeing off at approx. 11.00am.  If you require an early or late tee time please make your request via the Message facility in your Locker / Account.

The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Friday 31st March.

 

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 8.30am.

 

Clubhouse & Pro shop open from:  8.00am

 

Practice:  Range ball tokens are available in pro shop £3 / basket of balls.

 

Yardage books:  Available in pro shop for £4.50

 

Caddies / Buggies & electric trolleys: Book in Pro Shop 01909 475820

Buggies are only available on medical grounds (£25) and must be booked in pro shop in advance.

Caddies are available (£30) but MUST be booked in advance with pro shop.

Electric trolleys (£8 each) only 4 available. 

 

Is the course soft spikes only?:   YES

 

Dress code: Jacket & tie required in dining room following play..

 

Scoring Format:  Scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

 

Tees:                Men - TBC                Ladies - Red

 

Prizes:  There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes.  The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.

 

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.

 

CDH Number required: In order for us to upload your scores back to your golf club automatically you MUST give us your Central Database of Handicaps (CDH) number. Please ensure this number is displayed in the appropriate box in your personal details in your Locker / Account.

 

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.

 

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

 

Late Cancellation:  Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
