GOLF INFORMATION

GRAND FINAL FORMAT - The Tournament will be played over 72 holes, on Wolf Creek, Reflection Bay, Bear’s Best and Las Vegas National. 

The Individual format will be Stableford with Playing Handicap being 95% of Course Handicap.

The Team format will be Betterball Stableford with Playing Handicap being 85% of Course Handicap. 

The winners will be the Individual and Team returning the highest aggregate number of points.  In the case of a tie there will be a countback over the last 18 holes, last 9, 6, 3, 1.

The Local Rules as defined on the back of the scorecard will apply throughout the competition.

Grand Final Itinerary

Monday, March 24th  

Day 1: Arrive in Las Vegas / Welcome Drinks

• Arrive in Las Vegas and be transported to the luxurious Park MGM Hotel, situated on the iconic Las Vegas Strip.

• Enjoy welcome drinks as you socialise with fellow competitors.

Tuesday, March 25th   

Day 2: Round 1 at Las Vegas National

• Register and receive your exclusive TravisMathew logo'd finalists apparel.

• Tee off at Las Vegas National Golf Club starting from 10:30am.

• Evening at leisure to explore Las Vegas.

Wednesday, March 26th

Day 3: Round 2 at Wolf Creek  

• Experience the challenge of Wolf Creek Golf Club with tee times starting at 11am.

• Enjoy another evening at your leisure to explore Las Vegas

Thursday, March 27th

Day 4: Round 3 at Reflection Bay / TopGolf Evening

• Take on the stunning course at Reflection Bay Golf Club with tee times starting at 10:30am.

• An evening of fun at TopGolf, a driving range like no other.

Friday, March 28th

Day 5: Final round at Bear’s Best / Presentation Party

• Compete in the final round at Bear’s Best with tee times from 10:30am.

• Conclude the championship with a presentation party to celebrate the winners in true Las Vegas style.

Saturday, March 29th

Day 6: Departure Day

• Transfer from MGM Park Hotel to Las Vegas airport.

PREFERRED LIES – will be in operation on both courses on closely mown areas only within a scorecard length.

HANDICAP INDEX - All competitors MUST show proof of their current Handicap Index when checking in. Golf Union apps on your mobile are acceptable.

HANDICAP ADJUSTMENT – The organisers reserve the right to adjust any competitor’s Handicap Index during the competition if it does not appear to reflect their standard of play.

START TIMES – The draw for the first round will be done the week before the event. In the final round competitors will play in score order with the leaders going out last.

BUGGIES & TROLLEYS - The use of buggies is permitted during the tournament.   

GROUP PHOTOGRAPH - On Friday morning we would like everyone – guests included – to meet on the first tee for a group photo which will be used on next year’s entry form.  Please wear your TravisMathew Matchplay Championship polo shirt for the photograph.

PRESENTATION DINNER – will be staged on Friday evening and we will provide full details.
