COMPETITOR INFORMATION

The Package includes: coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes, three course dinner served on a rolling basis following play. 


Tee Times: The draw will be on the website by 5pm on Friday 12th April.  Play will start from the 1st tee at 10.00am with the last match teeing off at approx 1.00pm.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 09.00am.  

Handicap Certificate:  If this is your first EAGT event please remember to bring your handicap certificate as it will be required when you register.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

Prizes:  There will be prizes for the first, second, third and fourth place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes.  The presentation will take place during the dinner.

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position. CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.
  
Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of ?5 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.
  
Dress:  Jacket and tie is NOT REQUIRED but the club request that dress is smart casual for the dinner.
  
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
  
Late Cancellation:  Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
