Tea/Coffee & bacon rolls on arrival, one round am, 2 course carvery – rolling lunch, one round pm, afternoon tea & sandwiches, prizes for am, pm & 36-hole competitions.

The draw will be on the website at least 48 hours before the event.  Play starts at 9.00am and the afternoon round starts at 3.00pm with all matches from the first tee in 4 balls.

If you specifically require an early or late tee time, please inform us via the message facility in your Locker/Account.

Registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am

The scoring format will be individual Stableford with Playing Handicap 95% of Course Handicap. The maximum playing handicap will be 24 for men and 30 for ladies.

There will be GAGT vouchers for 1st - £100, 2nd - £70, 3rd - £50.

There are two Nearest the Pins each getting a £25 GAGT voucher.

Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on.

You will need to be a current member of the GAGT to qualify for merit points.

The event will be a WHS handicap qualifying event.  Please ensure that you know your exact Handicap Index.

All scores will be automatically uploaded to the WHS for those competitors who are a member at a club affiliated to England Golf.  All other competitors will be responsible for returning the scores to their home club.

There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person per round to include a 2's sweep and a competition sweep. Please remember to bring cash for the sweep.
