COMPETITOR INFORMATION

The Package includes: coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes, carvery served on a rolling basis following play.

Tee Times: Play will start at 10.00am from the first tee with the last match teeing off at approx. 12.00pm. The draw will be on the website www.eagt.co.uk by 5.00pm on Friday 31^st May. If you specifically require an early or late tee time please contact Janet on 0845 466 2222.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 09.00am.

Handicap Certificate:  If this is your first EAGT event please remember to bring your handicap certificate as it will be required when you register.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

Practice facilities:  There is a full length practice ground and balls are available from the pro shop at ?3.50 per basket.

Tees:                Men ? White                  Ladies ? Red

Prizes:  There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes sponsored by Onlinegolf.  The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of ?5 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.

Dress:  Jacket and tie IS REQUIRED in the dining room after your round.

Shorts: Shorts must be tailored and socks must be white and cover the ankle.

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

Late Cancellation:  Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
