Package Includes: Tea/Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, Soup & sandwiches between rounds, prizes for am & pm, hole competitions.
Locker Rooms: The locker rooms will only be in use for toilet facilities and changing but nothing must be left in the locker rooms. Please change your shoes in the car park.
Tee Times: The draw will be on the website 48 hours prior to the event. Play starts at 8.00am in fourballs and the afternoon round starts at 1.00pm.
If you specifically require an early or late tee time please inform us via the message facility in your Locker / Account.
Scoring Format: Play will be infourballs and the scoring format will be Individual.

Clubhouse opening: From 7.00am.
Pro shop opening: At approximately 7.15am.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.15am. The clubhouse opens at 7.00am.
Practice facilities: There is a practice ground and tokens can be bought in the Pro Shop.
On course catering: There is a halfway house.
Buggies & trolleys: Buggies, electric trolleys and pull trolleys are available via the pro shop on 01483 474365.
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.
GAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40. You can join online at golftour.golf or call 0845 466 2222.
GAGT Championship Event: This is a Championship Event and will be worth 105 points to the winner, 104 for the runner up, 103 for third etc.
CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event. Please ensure that you have added your unique CONGU number in your personal details in Your Locker.
Nearest the Pin: Under the recommendations of England Golf there will be no Nearest the Pin Competitions due to the current Covid pandemic.
Sweep: Under the recommendations of England Golf there will be no sweep due to the current Covid pandemic.
Catering: Coffee & bacon rolls on arrival. Soup & sandwiches served between rounds.
Shorts: If you wish to wear shorts, you must have plain white socks covering the ankle.
Dress: Smart casual, Jacket & Tie NOT REQUIRED for gentlemen.
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: If you withdraw within one calendar month of the event date, you may still be liable for full payment depending on the Club’s policy.
