The Package includes: coffee and bacon rolls, 18 hole competition, prize presentation.  The package does not include any catering after your round

Accommodation:  Rooms are available in the Dormy House at the golf club at a price of £62 per room per night B&B.  Please call the club on 01253 724206  to book.

Tee Times: Play starts at 13.40 in fourballs from the first tee with the last match teeing off at approx. 15.00.

The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Friday 4^th May.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 12.30pm

Practice:  The club has a practice ground and balls are available from the pro shop for £3 for approximately 30 balls.  There is a putting green and a chipping area.

Yardage books:  Available in pro shop.

Buggies & electric trolleys:

The club has 2 buggies but these are only available on medical grounds and must be booked via the office on 01253 724206   

The club does not have electric trolleys available for hire.

Is the course soft spikes only?:   No

Dress code: Smart casual.  Jacket & tie NOT required.

Scoring Format:  Scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

Tees:                Men - TBC                Ladies - Red

Prizes:  There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes.  The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a qualifier for handicap purposes.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

Late Cancellation:  Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
