The Package includes: coffee and bacon rolls, 18 hole competition, two course rolling carvery following your round, prize presentation.
Tee Times: Play starts at 9.15am in threeballs at 8 minute intervals from the first tee.
The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Friday 1st June.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 8.00am
Practice: The club has a practice ground but you need to provide your own balls and collect them after. There are two practice nets a putting green and a chipping area.
Yardage books: £4 each in the pro shop.

Buggies – 6 available - £30 each per round
Electric trolleys – 5 available - £15 each per round
Is the course soft spikes only?: No
Dress code: Jacket required for dining room..
Scoring Format: Scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men - white Ladies - Red
Prizes: There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes. The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.
SAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a qualifier for handicap purposes.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
