Package Includes:  Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, chips & sandwiches between rounds, one round pm, hot meal after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.

Tee Times:    Play will be in fourballs from the 1st tee starting at 8.30am and again at 1.50pm.  The draw will be on the website by 5pm on Friday, 17th May.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the clubhouse from 7.00am.

Practice facilities:  There is a full length range and putting green. Tokens for range balls are £2 in the pro shop.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in fourballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

Tees:              Men - White                Ladies – Red

CDH Number:  All new competitors must provide their CDH number.  This is the unique number issued to each golf club member by their Home Golf Union and it enables us to check your handicap and for your handicap to be updated following SAGT events.

Golfers from overseas will need to provide proof of handicap.

Buggies & Electric Trolley:  Buggies £30 per round, electric trolleys £12.50 per round.  Please call the Pro Shop on 01623 753225 to book in advance, as only a limited number are available.

Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  There will also be two Nearest the Pin competitions.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match finishes.

Order of Merit:  Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. CONGU qualifiers:  The Tour has CONGU status and all the events in the UK will be run as CONGU qualifying events.

Catering: Chips & sandwiches will be served in between rounds and a hot meal will be served after the pm round.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep,a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.

Shorts:  Shorts must be tailored and socks can be short white sports socks.

Dress: JACKET & TIE IS NOT REQUIRED

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

Late Cancellation:  Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
