The Package includes: 18 hole competition, coffee & bacon rolls on arrival, hot meal following play served on a rolling basis, prizes for the top three scores.
Tee Times: Play starts at 12.30pm in threeballs at 9 minute intervals from the first tee.

Registration: The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 11.30am
Practice: The club has a practice ground and tokens are available in the pro shop for £2 for 25 balls.

Is the course soft spikes only?: No
Dress code: No formal dress required
Scoring Format: Scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men - White Ladies - Red
Prizes: There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes. The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.
Staysure PGA Senior’s Championship:
The winner over the three events at Notts, Coxmoor and Sherwood Forest will qualify to play alongside the professionals at the Staysure PGA Senior’s Championship as part of the official Alliance event Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd August, at the prestigious London Club.
This is a great prize in itself but, in addition the runner up at The London Club will win hospitality on Thursday and Friday at the Ryder Cup and the winner will win hospitality on the Saturday and Sunday.
SAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a qualifier for handicap purposes.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
