Package Includes:  One round on the Red Course teeing off from 8:00am. Coffee and bacon rolls will be included on arrival but there is no catering included after your round.

Tee Times:  From 8:00am.  The draw is on the website.

Clubhouse opening:  Competitors are not permitted in the clubhouse before 7.15am

Pro shop opening:  At approximately 7.30am

Practice facilities: There is a range with covered bays at the club within a short walk or drive of the clubhouse. Tokens can be purchased in the pro shop.

Buggy & trolley hire:  Buggies and electric trolleys are limited in number but there are plenty of pull trolleys available. To reserve a buggy or electric trolley call the pro shop on 01344 622 351

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford.

Tees:              Men – TBC                Ladies – Red

Prizes:   There will be prizes for the first, second and third place.

Dress code:  If you are wearing shorts socks must cover the ankle.  Jacket & tie is NOT required.

Sweep:  The £10 sweep has been carried over from the original booking in July.

SAGT Order of Merit: Merit points for the 2021 /22 season will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40. You can join online at  golftour.golf  or call the office on 0345 466 2222.

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour. 

Late Cancellation:  Please note the golf club may make a charge for late cancellation.
