Package Includes:  Tea/Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, lunch provided between rounds and afternoon tea, prizes for am & pm.

Shorts not permitted in dining room:  Competitors must wear trousers in the dining room at lunchtime and for afternoon tea.

Tee Times:  The draw will be on the website 48 hours prior to the event.  Play starts at 8.30am in threeballs from the 1st and 9th tees and the afternoon round starts at 1.30pm from the 1st and 9th tees.

If you specifically require an early or late tee time please inform us via the message facility in your Locker / Account.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual.

Tees:-  Men - white      Ladies - Red

Clubhouse opening:  From 7.30am.

Pro shop opening:  At approximately 7.30am.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am. 

Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit.  There will be prizes for the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. 

GAGT Championship Event:  This is a Championship Event and will be worth 105 points to the winner, 104 for the runner up, 103 for third etc.  To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40. Catering:  Coffee & bacon rolls on arrival. Lunch served between rounds.  Afternoon tea following pm round.

Shorts:  If you wish to wear shorts, you must have plain white socks covering the ankle.

Dress:  Smart casual, Jacket & Tie NOT REQUIRED for gentlemen. 

GPS range finding equipment:  The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

Late Cancellation:  If you withdraw within one calendar month of the event date, you may still be liable for full payment depending on the Club’s policy.
