COMPETITOR INFORMATION
Package Includes: Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, soup & sandwiches between rounds, one round pm, two course meal served on rolling basis after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.
Tee Times: The first match will tee off from 8.28am. The first afternoon tee time is at 1.30pm. The draw will be on the website www.eagt.co.uk by 5.00pm on Sunday 30th June, if you require an early or late tee time please email the office at info@gmmltd.co.uk.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am.
Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men ? TBA Ladies ? Red
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. There will also be two Nearest the Pin competitions. The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.
CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.
CDH Number required: In order for us to pass your scores back to your golf club automatically we require your unique Central Database of Handicaps (CDH) number. Please ensure this number is displayed in the appropriate box in your personal details.
EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

Catering: Soup & sandwiches will be served in between rounds and a two course dinner will be served on a rolling basis following the second round.
Practice: There is a practice ground and nets but players must provide their own balls if they wish to practice.
Buggies & push trolleys: Available for hire in the pro shop. It is advisable to pre-book buggies, ?25 / round or ?40 / day. Pro shop tel 01929 450354 option 2.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of ?5 per round to include a 2s sweep of ?2, a competition sweep of ?2 per and an overall 36 hole competition sweep of ?1.
Shorts: If you wish to wear shorts they must be tailored and socks can be white ankle length.
Dress: Jacket & tie NOT REQUIRED
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
