COMPETITOR INFORMATION
Club address: Princes GC, Princes Drive, Sandwich Bay, Sandwich CT13 9QB
The Package includes: coffee and bacon rolls, 18 holes, two course meal on a rolling basis following play.
Tee Times: Play starts at 9.30am in threeballs from the first tee with the last match teeing off at approx.11.00am. If you require an early or late tee time please make your request via the Message facility in your Locker / Account.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 8.30am.
Practice: Range ball tokens are available from the pro shop £4 / 50 balls.
Buggies & trolleys: A limited number of buggies (£25 each) and electric trolleys (£15 each) are available. Call pro shop on 01304 69556901304 695569 to book. Pull trolleys are £4 each.
On course catering: The 9th hole comes back to the clubhouse
Scoring Format: Scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men - TBC Ladies - Red
Prizes: There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes. The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.
EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.
CDH Number required: In order for us to pass your scores back to your golf club automatically we require your unique Central Database of Handicaps (CDH) number. Please ensure this number is displayed in the appropriate box in your personal details in your Locker / Account.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.
Dress code: Smart casual. Jacket & tie not required.
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
