Package Includes: Tea/Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, 2 Course Roast Lunch between rounds, one round pm, sandwiches after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36-hole competitions.
Tee Times: There will be a two tee start at 8.30am and again at approx. 2.00pm in the afternoon.
The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Monday, 8th July.
If you require an early or late tee time, please make your request via the Message facility in your Locker/Account.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am.
Practice facilities: There is a practice ground and tokens are available in the pro shop for £1.50 for 25 balls or £3.00 for 50. There are two putting greens
Buggies & electric trolleys: Buggies are available (8 in total), £25 per round or £50 for the day and we advise you to book in advance. Electric trolleys are available at £10 per round and push trolleys at £5 per round from the pro shop. Tel 01252 793761.
Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees/Score balancing: Where permitted we offer gentlemen the option to play from the forward/yellow tees or from further back white tees.
Everyone plays in the same competition and handicaps will be adjusted in line with the SSS from the selected tees. Gentlemen playing from the Yellow tees and ladies playing from the Red tees will play off their regular handicap.
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36-hole prize. The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.
SAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. SAGT Championship Event: This is a Championship Event and in addition to order of merit points being awarded for the am & pm rounds, points will also be awarded for the overall 36-hole scores.
Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions each round.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole sweep.
Shorts: Shorts must be tailored and short white sports socks.
Dress: JACKET & TIE IS NOT REQUIRED. Smart casual is acceptable.
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
