Package Includes: Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am from 8.30am, Course, ham, egg & chips between rounds, one round pm from 1.30pm, tea, sandwiches & cake served on a rolling basis after pm round, prizes for am & pm. hole competitions.
Tee Times: The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Tuesday 20th June. Play starts at 8.30am in threeballs and the afternoon round starts at 13.30.
If you specifically require an early or late tee time please inform us via the message facility in your Locker / Account.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am. The clubhouse opens at 7.30am.
Practice facilities: There is a practice range and tokens are available from the pro shop.
Buggies & trolleys: The pro shop opens at 7.30am
Buggies are NOT available.

On course catering: There is a halfway house on the 10th hole.
Catering: Coffee & bacon rolls on arrival. Ham, egg & chips at lunchtime. Tea, sandwiches & cake served after pm round
Shorts: Shorts must be tailored and socks can be white ankle length.
Dress: Jacket and tie is NOT required
CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying.
Please ensure that your CONGU CDH number is entered correctly in your profile in your Account / Locker. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.
Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men - Yellow Ladies - Red
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. There will also be two Nearest the Pin Competitions. The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.
EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. GPS equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
