COMPETITOR INFORMATION
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are starting on the 10th tee in the morning round please allow an extra five minutes to get to the tee as this involves a short drive across the course.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.15am.
Handicap Certificate: If this is your first Tour event please remember to bring your handicap certificate as it will be required when you register.
Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. There will also be two Nearest the Pin Competitions. The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.
EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions sponsored by Onlinegolf,
Catering: A carvery will be served in between rounds and a snack will be available following the second round. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket & tie in the Dining Room at lunchtime.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of ?5 per round to include a 2s sweep of ?2, a competition sweep of ?2 per and an overall 36 hole competition sweep of ?1.
CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.
Shorts: If you wish to wear shorts they must be tailored and socks must be knee length and white or navy blue.
Dress: Gentlemen MUST wear a jacket & tie in the Dining Room at lunchtime.
Late Cancellation: Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
