Package Includes: Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, carvery lunch between rounds, one round pm, sandwiches after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.
Tee Times: There will be a two tee start at 8.30am and again at approx. 2.00pm in the afternoon. The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Monday 1st August. If you require an early or late tee time please make your request via the Message facility in your Locker / Account
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am.
Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men White Ladies Red
Practice facilities: There is a practice ground and tokens are available in the pro shop for £1.50 for 25 balls. There are two putting greens
Buggies: Buggies, electric trolleys and pull trolleys are available for hire from the pro shop. Pro shop tel 01252 79376101252 793761
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. There will also be two Nearest the Pin competitions. The presentation will take place during the dinner.
CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines..
Catering: A carvery lunch will be served in between rounds and sandwiches after the pm round.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole sweep.
EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Shorts: Shorts must be tailored and socks can be ankle length white sports socks or knee length.
Dress: JACKET & TIE IS NOT REQUIRED
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
