The Package includes: coffee and bacon rolls, 18 hole competition, soup & sandwiches following play served on a rolling basis, prize presentation.
Tee Times: Play starts at 10.54 in threeballs from the first tee with the last match teeing off at approx. 12.00pm.
The draw is on the website.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 09.30am
Practice: The club has a practice ground but it is approximately 3 /4 mile from the clubhouse and you need your own balls. There is a putting green, a chipping green and two nets by the clubhouse
Yardage books: Available in pro shop for £3.50

5 x buggies are available (£25) and must be booked in pro shop in advance.
4 x electric trolleys available (£10 each) and must be booked in pro shop in advance.
Is the course soft spikes only?: No
Dress code: Smart casual. Jacket & tie NOT required.
Scoring Format: Scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men - TBC Ladies - Red
Prizes: There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes. The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.
EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: It is our intention to run this event as a CONGU Qualifier
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that if you cancel within a week of the event taking place the golf club WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
