Package Includes: Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, chips & sandwiches between rounds, one round pm, hot meal after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.
Tee Times: Play will be in fourballs from the 1st tee starting at 9.00am and again at 2.00pm. The draw is on the website.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the clubhouse from 8.00am.
Practice facilities: There is a practice ground a short drive from the club but you need your own balls. There are two practice nets and a putting green close to the clubhouse
Scoring Format: Play will be in fourballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees: Men - White Ladies – Red
Buggies & Electric trolleys: Buggies £40 per day, electric trolleys £16 per day. Please call the professional shop on 01623 626689 to book in advance as only a limited number are available.
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. There will also be two Nearest the Pin competitions. The presentation will take place shortly after the last match finishes.
Staysure PGA Senior’s Championship:
The winner over the three events at Notts, Coxmoor and Sherwood Forest will qualify to play alongside the professionals at the Staysure PGA Senior’s Championship as part of the official Alliance event Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd August, at the prestigious London Club.
This is a great prize in itself but, in addition the runner up at The London Club will win hospitality on Thursday and Friday at the Ryder Cup and the winner will win hospitality on the Saturday and Sunday.
Order of Merit: Both rounds will count for merit points which will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines..
Catering: Chips & sandwiches will be served in between rounds and a hot meal will be served after the pm round.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep,a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.
Shorts: Shorts must be tailored and socks can be short white sports socks.
Dress: JACKET & TIE IS NOT REQUIRED
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
