ONE DAY - 36 HOLES - TWO OoM EVENTS

Package Includes: Tea/Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, one round pm, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.
Tee Times: The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Monday 22nd July. Play starts at 8.32am in threeballs and the afternoon round starts at 1.44pm.
If you specifically require an early or late tee time, please inform us via the message facility in your Locker/Account.
Clubhouse open from: approx. 7.00am.
Pro shop open from: approx. 8.00am.
Registration: The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am.
Practice facilities: There is a good practice ground at Moortown and balls are included. There is a putting green close to the first tee.
On course refreshments: There is NO halfway house so it is recommended you take any refreshments with you.
Yardage books: £6 each.
Buggies & trolleys: Buggies are available through the Pro Shop and cost £50 for the whole day (36 holes). Electric trolleys are £20 for the full day.
Is the course soft spikes only?: No
Dress: Jacket & tie NOT required. A pair of shoes are required for clubhouse.
Shorts: If you wish to wear shorts, they must be tailored and socks must be white and above the ankle.
Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees/Score balancing: Where permitted we offer gentlemen the option to play from the forward/yellow tees or from further back white tees.
Everyone plays in the same competition and handicaps will be adjusted in line with the SSS from the selected tees. Gentlemen playing from the Yellow tees and ladies playing from the Red tees will play off their regular handicap.
CDH number: All new competitors must provide their CDH number. This is the unique number issued to each golf club member by their Home Golf Union and it enables us to check your handicap and for your handicap to be updated following EAGT events.
CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event. Please ensure that you have added your unique CONGU number in your personal details in Your Locker.
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36-hole prize. The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.
SAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40. You can join online at www.eagt.co.ukor call 0845 466 2222.
Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions each round.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: If you withdraw within one calendar month of the event date, you may still be liable for full payment depending on the club’s policy.
