Package Includes: Tea/Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round AM, soup & sandwiches between rounds, one round PM, rolling two course meal after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.
Tee Times: Play will be in threeballs and there will be a two tee start from the 1st and 10th holes at 9.00am and a two tee start from the 1st and 10th holes at 2.00pm.
If you require an early or late tee time or you wish to play with a certain person/s please make your request via the Message facility in your Locker/Account.
The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Monday 17th June.
Clubhouse opening: From 7.30am.
Pro shop opening: At approximately 7.30am.
Practice facilities: There is a practice ground and tokens for balls can be purchased in the pro shop.
Buggies & electric trolleys: Must be booked through the pro shop on 01883 713701. The Club has four single seat buggies available to hire for players who are unable to walk the course.
On course catering: Refreshments and sweets can be purchased from the pro shop. There is no halfway house or drinks buggy on the course.
Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.
Tees/Score balancing: Where permitted we offer gentlemen the option to play from the forward/yellow tees or from further back white tees.
Everyone plays in the same competition and handicaps will be adjusted in line with the SSS from the selected tees. Gentlemen playing from the Yellow tees and ladies playing from the Red tees will play off their regular handicap.
Prizes: Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.
SAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40. You can join online at www.eagt.co.uk or call 0845 466 2222.
SAGT Championship Event: This is a Championship Event and in addition to order of merit points being awarded for the am & pm rounds, points will also be awarded for the overall 36 hole scores.
Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions each round.
Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.
Shorts: If you wish to wear shorts socks can be white sports socks that cover the ankle.
Dress: Jacket & Tie NOT REQUIRED for gentlemen
GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
Late Cancellation: Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
