    Play Pattaya’s most iconic championship courses—home to world-class layouts, beautifully conditioned fairways, and some of Thailand’s finest golf experiences:

    Tuesday, 23rd February – Siam Country Club (Waterside Course)
    A modern and visually stunning opener, where water comes into play on almost every hole. Precision off the tee is key as you ease into the week with a true championship test.

    Wednesday, 24th February – Siam Country Club (Plantation Course)
    A beautifully elevated layout with wide fairways and dramatic green complexes, offering risk-reward golf and panoramic views across the Pattaya countryside.

    Thursday, 25th February – Siam Country Club (Old Course)
    One of Thailand’s most prestigious venues and a multiple Asian Tour host. Tight fairways, fast greens, and a classic parkland design make this a proper test of shot-making.

    Friday, 26th February – Rest Day

    Saturday, 27th February – Chee Chan Golf Resort

    A spectacular course set beneath the iconic Buddha Mountain, combining wide landing areas with stunning scenery and a fun, playable championship layout.

  • Competition Format

    90 -hole Individual Stableford (95% of Course Handicap)

    Handicap Limits: Men – max 24, Women – max 30

    GAGT Order of Merit points awarded for each competition round

  • Handicaps

    Playing Handicaps

    Playing Handicaps will be calculated at 95% of a player's Course Handicap.

    The maximum Playing Handicap for competition purposes is 24 for men and 30 for women. Players whose calculated Playing Handicap exceeds these limits may still compete but will play off the applicable maximum Playing Handicap.

    GAGT Overseas Handicap Adjustment (OHA) System

    GAGT operates an Overseas Handicap Adjustment (OHA) system to promote fairness and consistency across its overseas competitions.

    The system is based on the CONGU handicap adjustment format used prior to the introduction of the World Handicap System (WHS).

    Following each round, a player's OHA may be reduced according to their Stableford score and applicable handicap category.

    The OHA system only permits handicap reductions. Handicaps will never be increased under this system, regardless of a player's score.

    OHA adjustments apply exclusively to GAGT competition purposes and do not affect a player's official Handicap Index maintained by their home club.

    The GAGT OHA system takes precedence over any adjustments made by a player's home club during the event.

    How the OHA System Works

    Following each round, players scoring more than 36 Stableford points will receive a handicap reduction based on the number of points scored above 36 and their current OHA handicap category.

    The following reduction rates apply for each Stableford point scored above 36:

    Current OHA Handicap Category = Reduction per Point Above 36
    1–5 = 0.1
    6–12 = 0.2
    13–20 = 0.3
    21–28 = 0.4
    29–36 = 0.5

    The player's updated OHA following each round will determine their handicap category for the next round. Any subsequent reductions will be calculated using that updated category.

    Example

    A player with an OHA of 16.0 scores 40 Stableford points.

    - Stableford score: 40 points
    - Points above 36: 4
    - Handicap category: 13–20
    - Reduction rate: 0.3 per point
    - Total reduction: 1.2

    The player's OHA will reduce from 16.0 to 14.8 for the next round.

    All subsequent adjustments will be calculated using the player's updated OHA.

    No OHA increase will be applied following a score of 36 Stableford points or fewer.

    Nearest the Pin
    There will be two Nearest the Pin competitions during each round, with a £25 GAGT voucher awarded to each winner.

  • Sweep


    Optional Sweep
    An optional sweep of 2500 THB (500 THB per round) will be collected in cash at check-in before the first round.

    The sweep will be paid out daily to:
    • The leading three scores
    • Any player scoring a two

  • Daily Draw

    The draw will be available on our website 2 days before the each round. The Draw for the last round will be made in score order. 

    If you have any requests for early or late tee times, or specific playing partners, please use the message facility in your Locker/account. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

  • Order of Merit

    Merit points will be awarded for all five rounds.

    Points will be awarded on the basis of 100 points to the winner, 99 points for runner-up, 98 points for third, and so on.

    Participants need to be a current member of the GAGT to qualify for merit points.

  • Caddies & Buggies

    Buggies and caddies are included at each course. In Thailand, it is customary to tip your caddy, with the recommended minimum gratuity being 500 THB (approximately £11) per round.

  • Travel Information

    Travel to Thailand
    All non-Thai nationals must complete a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arriving in Thailand.

    Travel Insurance
    Adequate travel insurance is considered essential. As a condition of entry, all participants are required to arrange suitable cover for cancellation, accident & medical expenses, personal liability, legal expenses, luggage and travel delays.

    Important Arrival Information
    All visitors to Thailand must complete a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before travelling. This is not a visa and there is no cost involved.
