Accommodation: Golden Tulip Hotel Central. BURG LOEFFPLEIN 98, 5211 RX Den Bosch, Netherlands

Accommodation is booked for arrival on Monday 12^th and departure on Thursday 15^th June and the package is based on twin or double share.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful place of Den Bosch, at the historic market. The Hotel Central is the so called ‘living room’ of Den Bosch, where the mix of local people and guests provide an inviting and warm atmosphere.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available each day between 6.30am and 10.00am.  On Thursday breakfast will be available from 6.15am due to our early transfer.

Golf transfers:

We have organised a coach to depart from the hotel each morning to arrive at the golf courses approximately one hour before the first match tees off.

The Golden Tulip Hotel is located in the narrow streets of Den Bosch and it is not possible for a coach to park outside the hotel so we need to make a 200 metre walk to the pick up place at the bus stop in Pastoor de Kroonstraat 3. 

On Monday we will meet in the hotel reception at 8.20am and we will direct you to the pick up point.

Buggies, electric trolleys & pull trolleys: 

None of the four clubs have any electric trolleys for hire

We have reserved the only buggies that are available.  At Bernardus buggies are only available on medical grounds.  Please bring proof on any medical condition if you require a buggy at Bernadus.

Buggies and trolleys we will allocated on a first come first served basis to those people who have already requested them and we will have a list each day when you check in.-

Daily Draw:  The draw for the first two rounds is on the website. The draws for the last two rounds will be made in score order.  On Wednesday the leaders will go out first and on Thursday the leaders will go out last.                

Format: The scoring format each day will be individual Stableford with Playing  Handicap 95% of Course Handicap.  All four rounds will count towards the 2023 Order of Merit.

Handicap:  All four rounds will be run under the WHS system but scores will not automatically be forwarded to England Golf.  You MUST return your daily scores to your golf club and the easiest way to do this is to forward the email from Golf Genius, which you will receive after each round and which provides details of your scores.

GAGT Overseas Handicap System (OHA):  Where appropriate handicaps will be adjusted after each round in line with the GAGT OHA system, details of which we can provide.  Any adjustments will not affect your club Handicap Index.

The GAGT OHA system will take precedence over any adjustments made by a player’s home club so that everyone is operating on the same system as some clubs are slow to update overseas scores. 

Range balls:  Included at each course  

Prizes:  There will be prizes for the leading three scores each day.

Prizes will be in the form of vouchers for the 2023/24 Tour as follows:

Daily vouchers: 1^st - £100, 2^nd - £70, 3^rd - £50  Overall vouchers:  1st - £175, 2nd £150, 3rd - £125 

Presentation: Will take place shortly after the last match finishes at Eindhovensche Golf on Thursday.

Evening Socialising:  Experience has shown that most people like to make their own arrangements for evening meals and there are plenty of options within a few minutes stroll of the hotel. We will recommend a restaurant each day and anyone wishing to join us as a group is very welcome.

Travel Insurance:  We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential.  As a condition of entry, you are required to arrange an insurance policy to cover cancellation, accident & medical problems, personal liability, legal expenses, luggage, delays etc.
