Tee Times: Play starts at 9.00am from the first and tenth tees and the draw will be on the website www.eagt.co.uk by 5.00pm on Friday 25th August. If you specifically require an early or late tee please make your request via the message facility in your Locker / Account.

Access to and from St George's Hill private estate is only possible via Old Avenue (off Queens Road - A317) or Brooklands Road (B374) - all other entrances are inaccessible.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in The Clubhouse from 8.00am.

 

Scoring Format:  Play will be in fourballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

 

Practice facilities:  There is a full length practice ground and balls are included.

 

Tees:              Men - TBC                Ladies - Red

 

Prizes:  There will be prizes for at least the first, second, third place. There will also be two Nearest the Pin prizes. The presentation will take place very shortly after the last match finishes.


EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Any tied scores will be decided by a card play off over the last nine holes as they appear on the scorecard. Merit points will then be issued based on finishing position.

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.

 

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.

 

Dress following play:  Men are required to wear a jacket & tie in the dining room.

 

Shorts:  Shorts must be tailored and worn with knee length socks

 

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
