Package Includes:  Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am from 8.00am, Soup & sandwiches between rounds, one round pm from 1.15pm -  two course carvery served on a rolling basis after pm round, prizes for am & pm. hole competitions.

Tee Times:  The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Monday 9th July.  Play starts at 8.00am in threeballs and the afternoon round starts at 13.15.

If you specifically require an early or late tee time please inform us via the message facility in your Locker / Account.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

Clubhouse opening:  From 7.00am

Pro shop opening:  At approximately 7.15am

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.15am. The clubhouse opens at 7.00am.

Practice facilities: There is a practice ground and tokens can be bought in the pro shop

Buggies & trolleys: The pro shop opens at 7.15am

Buggies are available on medical grounds only and must be booked in advance via the pro shop on 01798 872426

Electric trolleys can be booked via the pro shop.

Pull Trolleys – plenty available

On course catering: There is NO halfway house but water and sweets are available in the pro shop.

Staysure Championship Event:

The winner over 36 holes will qualify to play alongside the professionals at the Staysure PGA Senior’s Championship as part of the official Alliance event Thursday 2^nd and Friday 3^rd August, at the prestigious London Club.

This is a great prize in itself but, in addition the runner up at The London Club will win hospitality on Thursday and Friday at the Ryder Cup and the winner will win hospitality on the Saturday and Sunday.

Order of Merit: As this is a Staysure Championship Event merit points will be awarded for the overall 36 hole scores in addition to the am and pm rounds.

Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40. You can join online at www.eagt.co.uk or call Janet on 0845 466 2222.

Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event.  Please ensure that you have added your unique CONGU number in your personal details in Your Locker.

Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions each round.

Catering: Coffee & bacon rolls on arrival. Soup & sandwiches served between rounds. A three course rolling carvery will be served following the second round.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.

Shorts:  If you wish to wear shorts socks can be ankle length sports socks.

Dress: Jacket & Tie NOT REQUIRED for gentlemen

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

Late Cancellation:  Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
