Package Includes: Dinner, bed and breakfast at the Marriott St Pierre Hotel, Chepstow, South Wales and two rounds of golf on The Old Course, one on Sunday and one on Monday.

The single supplement charge is £40.

The non golfer charge on Sunday night inc dinner, bed & breakfast is £90.

An additional night is £70 per person, bed and breakfast, sharing a twin / double room

An additional night is £120 bed and breakfast, in a single room


Accommodation:  Accommodation has been booked on a twin/double share basis unless you have specifically requested a single room. Rooms will be available from 2pm on Sunday and must be vacated by 11am on Monday.


Hotel Facilities:  The Marriott St Pierre Hotel & Country Club has superb leisure facilities including a swimming pool, gym and luxury Spa, use of which is included in the package price.


Tee Times:  The draw for Sunday is online and the draw for Monday will be issued after your round on Sunday. There is a two tee start on Sunday from the 1st and 10th tees commencing at 11.30am – 12.20pm.   There will be a two tee start on Monday between 9.06 and 10.15am.


Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the foyer next to the pro shop from 10.30am on Sunday morning. 


Scoring Format:  Play will be in fourballs on both days.  The scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance.  The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 30 for ladies.


Tees:  Men – White               Ladies – Red


Practice facilities:  There is a practice ground and tokens are available in the pro shop for £3.50


Buggies:  Buggies, electric trolleys and pull trolleys are available for hire from the pro shop.  Pro shop tel: 01291 625261


Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  There will also be two Nearest the Pin competitions.  The presentation for the first round will take place during the dinner on Sunday evening and the presentation for Monday’s round will take place very shortly after the last match finishes..


EAGT Championship Event: This is a Championship Event and in addition to order of merit points being awarded for the Sunday & Monday rounds, points will also be awarded for the overall 36 hole scores.

The leading score over 36 holes from a current Tour member will win a superb feature-packed Motocaddy S3 PRO trolley with Lithium battery & matching Pro-Series cart bag worth over £650. The runner up will receive an Arcos Golf Performance Tracking System.


CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines. Handicaps will be adjusted for the second round on Monday.


EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Catering: A three course dinner will be served in the St Pierre suite from 7.30pm on Sunday evening.

Breakfast is served from 6.30 – 11.00am in the main hotel restaurant.


Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole sweep.



Shorts:  Shorts must be tailored and socks can be ankle length white sports socks.




GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.


Late Cancellation:  Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
