Package Includes:  Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round on each of The Blue and The Red Courses, roast lunch between rounds, light snack after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.

Tee Times:  There will be a two tee start in the morning on the Blue Course and a one tee start in the afternoon on the Red Course.  Play starts at 8.00am and the draw is on the website.

If you are starting on the 7th tee please allow an additional five minutes as you will need to drive to the car park by the 7th tee.  

Clubhouse opening:  Competitors are not permitted in the clubhouse before 7.15am

Pro shop opening:  At approximately 7.30am

Practice facilities: There is a range with covered bays at the club within a short walk or drive of the clubhouse. Tokens can be purchased in the pro shop.

Buggy & trolley hire:  Buggies and electric trolleys are limited in number but there are plenty of pull trolleys available. To reserve a buggy or electric trolley call the pro shop on 01344 622 351

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

Tees:              Men – TBC                Ladies – Red

Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.

Catering: Coffee & bacon roll on arrival. A three course roast lunch will be served in between rounds and a snack will be available following the second round.

Dress code:  If you are wearing shorts socks must cover the ankle.  Jacket & tie is NOT required.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.

SAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40. You can join online at  golftour.golf  or call the office on 0345 466 2222.

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
