The Closing Date is the date up to which we can guarantee the prices displayed above. We can accept entries after the closing date but the prices may increase (at the hotel's discretion) and payments can only be made by calling our office.
 

Please note the above prices are based on an exchange rate of 1.15 € / £.  It may be necessary to make a surcharge if there is an appreciable change in exchange rates.

Accommodation: Park Plaza Utrecht, Westplein 50, 3531 BL Utrecht, The Netherlands

Accommodation is booked for arrival on Monday 5th and departure on Thursday 8th August 2024 and the package is based on twin or double share.

Park Plaza Utrecht is located in the city centre, only a 5-minute walk from both Utrecht Central Station, the Utrecht canals, the Beatrix Theater and the Jaarbeurs. Highlights such as the Dom Tower, Tivoli Vredenburg, Museum Catharijneconvent and Shopping Mall Hoog Catharijne, one of the largest shopping malls in the Netherlands are also within walking distance of the hotel. The city center of Amsterdam is only a 25-minute train ride away, and you will be at Schiphol Airport within 35 minutes.

The hotel – completely inspired by the Dutch art movement ‘De Stijl’ – has 120 spacious rooms, the contemporary CUBO Kitchen, a bar, 10 meeting rooms, a private event space, parking (€25 a day) and a fitness room.

Golf transfers:  Golf transfers are not included.

Airport transfers:  Are not included.  

Golf Carts, Electric Trolleys & Pull Trolleys:  Golf Carts & Electric Trolleys are not included.

Golf Carts & Electric Trolleys are limited in availability at all the courses. If you would like us to book a Golf Cart or Electric Trolley for you, please let Debbie and Kelly know as soon as possible by email to info@gmmltd.co.uk.  

Priority will be given to golfers with a medical condition and then it will be based on a first come, first served basis.

We cannot guarantee to meet all requests. 

Daily Draw:  The draw for the first two rounds will be on the website a few days before the first round. The draws for the last two rounds will be made in score order.  On Wednesday the leaders will go out first and on Thursday the leaders will go out last.                

Format:  The scoring format each day will be individual Stableford with Playing  Handicap 95% of Course Handicap.  All four rounds will count towards the 2024 Order of Merit.

Handicap:  All four rounds will be run under the WHS system but scores will not automatically be forwarded to England Golf.  You MUST return your daily scores to your golf club and the easiest way to do this is to forward the email from Golf Genius, which you will receive after each round and which provides details of your scores.

GAGT Overseas Handicap System (OHA):  Where appropriate handicaps will be adjusted after each round in line with the GAGT OHA system, details of which we can provide.  Any adjustments will not affect your club Handicap Index.

The GAGT OHA system will take precedence over any adjustments made by a player’s home club so that everyone is operating on the same system as some clubs are slow to update overseas scores. 

Range balls:  Included at each course.  

Prizes:  There will be prizes for the leading three scores each day.

Prizes will be in the form of vouchers for the 2025 Tour as follows:

Daily vouchers: 1^st - £100, 2^nd - £70, 3^rd - £50 

Overall vouchers:  1st - £175, 2nd £150, 3rd - £125 

Presentation:  Will take place shortly after the last match finishes at The International Amsterdam on Thursday.

Evening Socialising:  Experience has shown that most people like to make their own arrangements for evening meals and there are plenty of options within a few minutes stroll of the hotel. We will recommend a restaurant each day and anyone wishing to join us as a group is very welcome.

Travel Insurance:  We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential.  As a condition of entry, you are required to arrange an insurance policy to cover cancellation, accident & medical problems, personal liability, legal expenses, luggage, delays etc.
