·       Additional night in twin / double per room:  £146

All prices are based on an exchange rate of 1.16 € / £ and it may be necessary to make a charge if there is a significant change in exchange rates.

Tour Finalists:  All golfers who may potentially qualify for the tour final or are currently waiting to see if they will qualify. We welcome you to enter the Portuguese Open on Thursday 16th April, where you can play Palmares Golf Course.

If you do qualify for the tour final, you will only have to pay for an additional night and one round of golf at Palmares Golf Course.

Accommodation:  Tivoli Lagos

We have booked Superior Rooms on a twin/double Bed & Breakfast basis for 5 nights, arriving Wednesday 15th April and departing Monday 20th April 2026.

The Tivoli Lagos is a stunning 4-star hotel situated in the coastal town of Lagos, Western Algarve. The hotel provides all the modern facilities and amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel, with a great selection of onsite bars and restaurants. The location is perfect for experiencing the Algarve, within easy walking distance of Lagos town centre and a short driving distance from the best golf courses.

Highlights include convenient on-site parking for two vehicles, a fully equipped business centre, a modern fitness centre, and a relaxing health club. Guests can enjoy both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, as well as exclusive access to the Duna Beach Club with shuttle service. For added comfort and convenience, room service is also available.

Golf course transfers:  Golf Course Transfers are included.

Format: The scoring format each day will be individual Stableford with Playing Handicap 95% of Course Handicap.  All four rounds will count towards the 2026 / 27 Order of Merit.

Handicap:  Playing Handicap will be set at 95% of Course Handicap. The maximum Playing Handicaps are 24 for men and 30 for ladies. If your handicap exceeds these limits, you can still play, but for competition purposes, you’ll play off these limits.

All four rounds will be run under the World Handicap System (WHS). Scores will not automatically be forwarded to your Golf Union. Participants MUST return their daily scores to their golf club. The easiest way to do this is to forward the email from Golf Genius, which will be received after each round, and provides details of your scores.

GAGT Overseas Handicap System (OHA):  Handicaps will be adjusted after each round in line with the GAGT OHA system. The GAGT OHA system is based on the CONGU handicap system prior to the introduction of WHS. Adjustments made by the GAGT OHA system will not affect your club Handicap Index.

The GAGT OHA system takes precedence over adjustments made by a player’s home club to ensure consistency. Details of the GAGT OHA system can be provided upon request.

Buggies & Electric Trolleys:  Buggies & Electric Trolleys are not included.


Buggies & Electric Trolleys are limited in availability at all the courses. If you would like us to book a Buggy or Electric Trolley for you, please let Debbie and Kelly know as soon as possible by email to info@gmmltd.co.uk.

Priority will be given to golfers with a medical condition and then it will be based on a first come, first served.

We cannot guarantee to meet all requests.

Prizes:  To avoid any excess baggage charges prizes will be in the form of vouchers for the 2026 / 27 Tour as follows:

Daily vouchers: 1st - £100, 2nd - £70, 3rd - £50       Overall vouchers:  1st - £150, 2nd £125, 3rd - £100.

Dress:  No formal dress i.e jacket & tie required. Smart Casual for the Presentation Dinner.

Nearest the Pin:  There will be two Nearest the Pins for each round.  The prize will be a £25 GAGT voucher.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of €40, €10 per round and this will be collected in cash when you check in before the first round.  The sweep will be paid out daily for the leading three scores and anyone who scores a two.
